Getting your property seen is another important step. We will create your listing online. We list across all the main property Hubs such as Rightmove. We also have platforms on the social media pages as well as our website. We will schedule viewings for you and give you feedback on each one. This gives a good opportunity for us to change our approach should needs be, to help achieve the best rental value for your property.
We will do all the hard work for you from credit referencing and ID checks to filling out of guarantors forms. We will only go ahead if you are happy with the referencing results and are willing to proceed. We will finally create the contract and ensure that the tenant has received all the relevant legal information regarding the property, prior, during and after their contract has finished. We will pay your money straight to your account.
