In line with local government guidelines, we are conducting viewings and taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of both the tenants & prospective clients. All viewing attendees are asked to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth throughout the duration of the viewing. People viewing the properties are asked not to touch any surfaces that they may come in contact with. We also ask that attendees practice social distancing, leaving a space of 2m (or as much is possible), with other tenants at the property.

We ask tenants at a property being viewed to prop open all doors and windows, to limit contact and to help circulate air through the property.

We ask if either party have experienced any signs and symptoms of COVID-19 to inform us at the earliest opportunity, so we can reschedule for a different date.
